Well, I hear something else. It's the Hug Plane, and it's coming in for a landing.

I wanna be anarchy.
Get pissed, DESTROYYYYY!
I'm not going to bother getting into the vagaries of all the different BCS permutations and who deserves what as a result of beating whom, since there are any number of blogs and/or commentators already doing just that. Instead, as a Georgia fan, I'll merely say this.
Poll voters: You want to blow up the BCS? Then vote Dawgs.
"Georgia '07: Because somebody's got to run the asylum."
UPDATE: Ohio State #1, LSU #2 in both the AP and coaches' polls. The Harris Poll and some of the computer rankings have yet to be released, of course, but nevertheless, I'm betting right now that if Georgia goes to New Orleans, it won't be for the Big One.

To paraphrase Nick Saban, sometimes a traumatic event is needed to spur on a group towards better things; Where's our BCS Pearl Harbor?
This will be just completely bullshit if we get stuck playing Hawai'i instead of getting a shot at either USC or the National Title.
Hopefully Harris will be more kind than the Coaches, who jumped LSU and OK over us, leaving the dawgs at 4th.
I wavered this morning, but I've committed to boycotting the Sugar Bowl if we're picked ... because that, to me, is the bigger problem.
Each of the two-loss teams have legitimate arguments to be made for playing in the title game, but it makes no sense whatsoever to ...
- Choose a three-loss Illinois team to play in the Rose Bowl;
- To hurt fan turnout and national interest all in the name of 'preserving tradition';
- Screw over a 9-2 Arizona State team in lieu of taking the Illini.
This whole thing is so preposterous and insulting, it's not worth supporting.
The Rose will fuck over any "split title" arguments by taking Illinois too.
USC beats Illinois...well, who's shocked there? No share of the BCS from that.
UGA beats Hawaii in the Sugar...well, they were supposed to right?
Orange and Fiesta matchups then become the only hope. OU over VT but by a bigger margin than 40 and LSU over the Suckeyes
What the BCS system will do is not only pair the wrong teams in the title game, but pair up the worst possible matches in all the other remaining "Big 4" Bowls. You just wait and see. The most compelling games will end up being the BSC games (Before Santa Claus).
Will: If LSU goes to the MNC game, we will go to the Sugar because they (The Sugar) will have lost their tie-in team to the MNC. The Rose won't have a choice. Just another little bizarro twist in the whole thing.
The absurdity of deciding a "national champion" by poll is shown. Under the old (pre-bowl coalition) system, UGA would be moved to #2 and probably would play in the Orange bowl. They would likely beat VT. USC would beat tOSU and UGA would be the "national champions" regardless of who LSU played in the Sugar Bowl.
USATODAY has Georgia in the BCS title game. :)
http://www.usatoday.com/sports/college/football/bowls.htm YAY!
ha ha...
they just changed it. It was fun while it lasted.
However, they now have Georgia in the Rose Bowl. This is good!
We got hosed. Big time. Fucking hosed.
This is an even worse line-up of games than last year.
Could be all blowouts in the BCS if Pat White can't go for WVA
