DUDE DUDE DUDE.

I think this represents that rare confluence of both a) something being every bit as awesome as it's been hyped up to be and b) me having one before everyone else in North America does. Either way, I'm calling this a "win."

  1. I was chided for standing in line last year to get Gen1 of the iPhone. I never regretted one minute. Evolutionary device to say the least.

  3. Download Super Monkey Ball, and never get any work done ever again.

  4. Another cool trick: Hold down the HOME button and the LOCK button at the same time to capture a screenshot. It will be sent to your photo roll.

  5. Maybe NCAA 2009 isn't the best thing coming out this year after all....

  6. Nice pull. I love my apple products, but I'm not on the iPhone bandwagon yet.

  9. Very nice. I was wrestling with whether I wanted one enough to pay the "not-upgrade-eligible" price and then my wife's ancient PC made the decision for me by expiring. Well, more accurately, I made the decision by trading money now for an iMac in exchange for the imputed value of my time saved in not having to arse about with Vista.

Either way, I view this as a temporary setback. And I certainly won't be loading phonesaber onto said iPhone to enliven metro commuting. Because that would be juvenile.

  10. Will, while I completely understand your venom being directed at the AT&T folks, you should know that Verizon, for example, isn't much better at most things. Also, the best features of the the latest model only work with 3G technology. You may have to move to Europe to use one without AT&T. T-Mobile might work, but I am not sure.

  11. You can use an iphone with Tmobile, but Tmobile has no 3g yet. (and you have to somehow acquire an iphone since the only way to buy them now is with an ATT contract)
