And it's not that "hope springs eternal" type of feeling. It's the train wreck mentality I suppose. But games like Saturday night are the reason. For all the anguish and heartache of the Kentucky game, this game heals the wound. It's demented, I know. It's like getting a sunburn just so you can rub cool aloe on it.

But maybe it is a "hope springs eternal" thing, as I have every confidence that the aloe is coming. If not in the Kentucky game, then the next week @ Tech. Wow, I'm an optimist after all.Sethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16917294390911029079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11250715.post-52680432075569451562009-11-30T14:56:47.731-05:002009-11-30T14:56:47.731-05:00Watching it in real time almost killed me.

I have watched it four times and it ends the same way every time.Buckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11257911998296589449noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11250715.post-84036438219052342342009-11-30T14:17:16.771-05:002009-11-30T14:17:16.771-05:00I missed/failed to watch/declined to watch last ni...I missed/failed to watch/declined to watch last night's game, too, right up until the last three minutes, and I think my faith was even worse. Every time I checked the score - and I checked it a LOT - and Georgia was ahead, I thought, "Man, is it ever going to suck when we piss this away." It was only the last half of the fourth quarter that I realized we might actually carry it. And for that lack of faith, I am sorry.

That said - Suck it, Bumblebees. I'm sure the brass in Detroit loved seeing that.

* Detroit has brass right?willKISERhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10670734321849689992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11250715.post-8256985057329885522009-11-30T12:23:35.259-05:002009-11-30T12:23:35.259-05:00Wow, was Ben Jones actually eating the turf?Wow, was Ben Jones actually eating the turf?Josh M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04054764121030646400noreply@blogger.com
